- Clean the hob, sink and taps, and wipe the outside of appliances.
- Empty household bins and vacuum or mop the floor as appropriate.

- Clean the toilet, basin, bath and shower, paying attention to the areas used every day.
- Wipe taps and accessible fittings, polish mirrors and clean the floor.
Bedrooms & living spaces
- Remove dust from accessible shelves, furniture and other clear surfaces.
- Wipe mirrors, empty bins, vacuum carpets and rugs, and mop suitable hard floors.
Before you bookInside ovens, fridges and cupboards, laundry, bed changes and substantial tidying are outside the standard regular clean. Request any extras when you enquire so we can include them in your quote.

Tell us if you need carpet extraction, interior windows or outdoor areas so the full scope is agreed in advance. Cleaning cannot repair damage or guarantee a tenancy deposit refund.

How much will my clean cost?
We charge a fixed price per job, based on your property, its condition and any extras. We agree your tailored quote before the clean.
Do I need to provide products or equipment?
For regular cleans, discuss access to a vacuum, mop and bucket with us before your visit. Let us know if you need us to bring products or equipment so any additional cost can be agreed in advance.
Can I book weekly or fortnightly cleaning?
Yes. Tell us your preferred day, time and frequency, and we’ll agree a recurring schedule with you, subject to availability.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move your clean. With less notice, a fee may apply; see our cancellation terms for details.
Do you offer a cleaning guarantee?
If we miss something within the agreed cleaning scope, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a return visit at no extra charge. This excludes pre-existing damage and additional tasks; see our guarantee terms.
Do I need to be home for the clean?
You’re welcome to stay, or you can arrange access with us beforehand. If you’ll be out, we’ll agree how to enter and secure your property afterwards.
Can I request insurance information?
Yes. Contact us before confirming your booking to request insurance information or documentation relevant to your property or business.
