Bathrooms
Clean toilets, showers, baths and basins, wipe mirrors and fittings, and clean floors for the next arrival.
Kitchen
Clean worktops, the sink and hob, wipe appliance exteriors and clean the floor. Appliance interiors and additional kitchen tasks are quoted separately where needed.
Guest-ready finishing
Follow your agreed checklist, including bin emptying, room presentation and a final check of the areas covered by the clean.

Bed changes
Request bed changes using clean linen you leave ready at the property. Tell us the number and sizes of beds.

We can agree a checklist for items such as toilet tissue and soap using supplies you provide. If you need us to source items, availability and costs must be agreed in advance.

How much does Airbnb cleaning cost?
Prices start from £45 per visit. We provide a fixed quote based on the size and condition of the property, your checklist, access and any extras. The starting price is not a quote for every property.
Can you clean between check-out and check-in on the same day?
Send us both guest times and the property details. We will check whether the work fits the available window and confirm availability before you book. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a same-day slot.
Are linen and laundry included?
They are optional arrangements. Tell us whether you will supply clean linen or need laundry assistance, along with the number of beds and facilities available. We confirm the scope and cost separately.
Do you supply toiletries and other essentials?
Restocking can be agreed using supplies you leave at the property. If you would like items sourced, discuss the products, quantities and costs with us first; they are not automatically included.
How do you get access to the property?
We agree access with the host before the visit, whether that means meeting you, speaking with a concierge or using another agreed method. Share sensitive access details only through the arrangement confirmed directly with Limpify.
Can I arrange repeat visits or more than one property?
Yes. Tell us whether you need regular visits or a schedule around guest bookings. For multiple properties, include the addresses or areas and the expected frequency so we can discuss a suitable plan.
What if a booking changes or I need a last-minute clean?
Contact us as soon as possible. Last-minute appointments are subject to availability and an agreed quote. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; the applicable charges and deposit conditions are explained in our cancellation terms.
